of rack mount optical transmitters are high performance, low noise 1550nm

DFB direct modulated lasers. The 1RU 19 inch Rack mount chassis houses dual

1550nm optical transmitter modules with Optical output powers from 2mw to 10mw, in 2mw steps. AGC adjusts for variations in RF input levels.  Auto output laser power stability control (APC) and

auto laser temperature control (ATC) are standard features. The LED front panel display is used to monitor all functional transmitter parameters; output laser power, laser bias current, cooling

current, temperature. The LB1550-D/PT

is equipped with a USB communication interface for system network management. Optional hot swappable dual switch mode power supplies.
